All plans are subscription-based. Your card is automatically charged at the beginning of each month based on the service plan you select.

Nope. As long as your trash can is accessible after pickup, we’ll handle everything and return it neatly to your property.

Yes — we strongly prefer that customers clearly label their cans with their address.
This ensures we service the correct bins quickly and accurately.

We use:
• 1200 PSI pressure washers for deep cleaning
• A scented disinfectant and deodorizer to eliminate bacteria and odors
Your bins are left clean, sanitized, and fresh.

We can only clean empty bins. If your can hasn’t been picked up or still contains trash, we’ll skip service for that day and resume at your next scheduled cleaning.

We currently service the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. Expansion to nearby neighborhoods is coming soon.

Light rain won’t stop us. In severe weather, we may reschedule your service to the next available day.
